Students designed a billboard, with experimental type, that supports an important cause. Chosen organizations would then be used in their billboards as a starting point for action for their chosen cause.

With my upbringing in Hawaii, ocean pollution is a close problem to me. Thus the Pacific Whale Foundation, a local organization based in Maui was an ideal choice to feature in my billboard. To encapsulate ocean pollution through type in a unique and intriguing way, plastic bags was used as letterforms.
